The
House to home foundation saves another elderly Americans home from foreclosure, on 8-21-11 we helped modify Louise
and Lesters risky adjustable rate mortgage to 2% fixed for 35 years and the bank deferred $130,000
of principle this reduced her payment from $ 1,150 to $ 746 per month. We helped Louise work with her lender
for over 9 months and where denied 2 times before they agreed to modify her loan.
85 year old Louise has been taken care of her family and disabled husband
Lester for many years and all she asked for was to be able to spend her last years in the home she and Lester built 33 years
ago. We would like to thank all the volunteers and donors that helped save Louise and Lester’s home. The House to Home
Foundation helped modify their home at no cost to them most companies charge $3,000 for this service.
We are now assisting a 62 yr old Vietnam vet with probable Agent
Orange caused cancers modify his home loan due to his illness and lost of income due to being laid off. He has helped the
community for over 35 years as a dedicated school teacher.
